The David H. Koch Institute for Integrative Cancer Research at MIT unites biologists, chemists, engineers, computer scientists, clinicians, and others to bring fresh perspectives and an interdisciplinary approach to the fight against cancer. This multifaceted group of investigators is at the core of the Koch Institute’s work to develop new insights into cancer, as well as new tools and technologies to better treat, diagnose, and prevent the disease.

At the heart of the MIT mission statement is a call to serve the nation and the world — and at MIT, the opportunities for doing so are as diverse and as far-reaching as the Institute itself. The Priscilla King Gray Public Service Center provides support for the humanitarian efforts of the MIT community, engaging students, alumni, staff, faculty, and others in social entrepreneurship that provides needed resources to individuals and communities around the world.
